been in exeter all week then, and back for the weekend, it was SHIT there is nothing to do!! after sittin in a conference room all day i jus wanted to go out but NOOOO..
ther was a group of about 5 of us around the same age and we walked and walked and walked and couldnt find any clubs!!
the place we r stayin is right by exeter central train station so dus nebody kno newher for next week cause its gunna be soooo boring???

If you go about 20 miles out of exeter to a town caled Exmouth, there is a night cl.ub called Samanthas. I always used to go there when i first got into clubbing, but i dont know what its like now xxx

I'm from Exeter mate, it is a bit quite I agree, but there are nights happenin. there are some hardcore nights that go on down on the quay, also now psytrance at The Hub. Amber Rooms has breakbeat and other funky stuff playing most nights. there's also the Velvet Lounge on fore street, that's a funky House club. Get Drum and Bass at the Cavern quite often, then you have the bigger dance events at The Phoenix Centre and Lemon Grove.

The Quay is where most of the Venues are... There is Hothouse/Voltz, Mambo and a few others down on the Quay. Cavern Club is just down from Exeter Central Station and plays Drum n Bass. Arena is at the top end of town but is quite cheesy there... There is also Recoco's in town but this is for the older generation and is generally shit!

There is also the Phoenix and Lemon Grove that hold occasional nights that may be worth checking out to see if there is anything on there.

Don't know if that helps... The South West as a whole is pretty shit for going out/nightlife. If you get a chance though, come down to Plymouth as it is fifty times better than Exeter :)

as is bristol, play a few clubs and free parties there and there's always something going down
