Central Yokohama's only club event second outing
After the intial and successful premiere event of "Throwdown" at The Green Sheep one month ago, the manager approved the event to be held monthly from now on. The changes from last event is that one of the three resident DJs (Simon) couldn't make it this time around, so he was replaced by a Japanese DJ Hojo Masaru (Manager of famous Japanese DJ Ken Ishii). There were also less people in attendance this time around from the premiere event but still an overall good turnout.

I (DJ Antomattei of Tokyo) played something a little different, some James Bond tunes and remixes of which. Even my attire had a James Bond theme for this event, a suit and bowtie [refer to the pictures taken for this event]. When I ran through my set I finished off with some hip hop to where Hojo took over the decks. He mixed up some hard techno which appeased the listeners. Clinton (the half Jamaican) threwdown and did his thing with his reggae set.

Whereas all the DJs spin on CD turntables, Clinton so far has been the only person currently using vinyl. He feels it to be a must for playing reggae. No one blames him. Another good night in music.
