Greetings guys and girls, I'm Alan, Southend's newest Pro-tog (coz there just aint enough of us here!), and no surprise that one of my passions is photography...thanks to DSI! And with so many talented photographers here it's hard not to be inspired!!

'It's all about the music....'

I never pretend to be something I'm not, just a 'down-to-earth', party-loving animal who is always up for a few drinks and a laugh!

I love happy, smiley people...anyone who likes to let their hair down and have a good time....and I try to capture that in my pictures!

Below is a sample of recent pic's taken by me, begining with the most inspirational woman in my life to date....Mandi-lou!

Cam equipment I use -Canon 40d, Canon 350D Rebel XT with a Canon 550EX flash unit, Canon 18-55 kit lens, Sigma 10-20 wide-angle, Tamron 28-80 and Canon 15mm Fisheye......

Oh, and I do seem to be using an 8mm Sigma Fisheye a lot, courtesy of my pal Ads.....cheers dude, you're a legend!

So, if you see me out and about there's every chance i'll try 'snapping' a photo or two of 'ya....so come on, don't be shy....and come say hi!!

PS...if you find that your picture isn't posted then it's probably because I wasn't happy with the results, nothing personal..I'm setting myself quite strict standards and getting everything just right in a crowded club is not a defined science but you can be assured that my goal is to post quality and not pictures just for the sake of it!!! LMAO
