Former Natural Bodybuilder, WAS ment to be taking a year out to relax, have fun (or have a life as mates put it) and to club harder than ever before...Its all Tidys fault for making me fall in love with clubbing again at TW12! :o) Unsure at the moment whether I can find motivation to train for 12 months for a show, and that 20 week diet nearly killed me! 2 hours cardio, 90 minutes weights 7 days a week and was soo hungry I could have cried! Now I just eat pizza and chocolate and drink beer and struggle to get myself back into any sort of shape at all.. DOH!




Meet my amazing otherhalf Mel, met in the middle of the dance floor in Air, after chatting me up on bookface we decided to fall in love :o) (can you blame me, phoarrr)


Turns out shes the much better athlete in the relationship being a top British and European event rider, even qualifing for the 2012 pathway before loosing her advanced horse "Swansong II" to injury and breaking her back! Shes back up and riding again now tho working on her way up on her many youngsters. (please dont fall off again baby)




Spend alot of time at the Opera House, Emporium, Air, Tidy Weekenders and around London, Hidden, Mass etc and usually 2 flat out 100% weeks in Ibiza!
