Originally from Poland. R2 has been in London since 2004. He meet new people , started new life. Going through all hard house and hard dance events R2 always knew what kind of music makes people dancing without brakes all night. R2 is a man who is known for trying something different. Having being involved in music by his friend Justin Time who teached R2 how to use the mixer and turntables from basics to more advanced tricks. R2 made his first appearance on the stage @ the Poison B-day He found his true love , electronic music which has now spawned into something more like an obsession. R2 now has an extensive music collection , ranging from minimal- tech house to psychedelic trance .

THE POISON PRODUCTION


The Poison is now a well established event on London club scene. They show case a line up of Dj's from around the globe, playing some of the freshest and finest dance music around, ranging from House, Progressive, Electro, Trance and Hard Dance. They also have one the most loyal party hard fan base that you will ever find.

THE POISON Launched in October 2005 by three good friends who each had a dream about putting on a dance event like no other. Since their first event the guys from The Poison have only gone from strength to strength. Their parties have fast become the place to be if you’re looking to party in style in London. The Poisons unique sound and style of party has made this event become more and more popular with wide range of punters from all walks of life. Originally launched in a small venue in south London with a capacity of about 300, the poison have come a long way from their early days on the scene.

By the end of their first year their 1st birthday bash was held at the legendary Club Hidden in south London with three rooms and about 900 people. This is seen as a testament to the guys and girls at the Poison who have a never ending drive for bigger and better thing. Each resident dj as his/her own unique music policy and the Poison rely on their own residents who were carefully selected and signed from numerous dj's auditions, delivering a more eclectic mix of dance music. The Poison realized from the start that the music is the backbone of any event. Once their residents were in place they were ready to take London by storm. They have held events at clubs across the capital like the Mass, Colloseum , Turnmills , Ministry of Sound, Fire, Scala and many other popular venues . So be sure to watch this space because The Poison is destined for great things.

Oh yes! Poisoned Republic is back and you’d better prepare yourself for mayhem, excitement, hyperactivity and lots and lots of fun at our double birthday bash.
Can you believe another year has been and gone? What a year it has been!
With every Poison and Republic Artists event being off the hook we’re back at one of the best venues the capital has to offer - SCALA. We couldn’t think of a better place to hold our double birthday bash and if you think last year was good then just wait until the party of the year on the 21st November 2009. It is going to be BIGGER, better and absolutely insane!

So what can you expected to see on the night? We will be show casing over thirty DJs made up of Poison and Republic residents, as well as some great guest DJs. With a diverse range of music to suit all covering everything from House, Electro, Minimal Techno, Tech House, Hard Dance, Trance, Progressive and everything between.. 2000 people will stomp the night away over 4 rooms to a mind blowing light and visuals show. We’ll have very sexy dancers to keep to you entertained and you’ll want to dance right into the early hours of the morning with them. Plus there will be stalls setup around the venue for you to purchase glow sticks, Poison and Republic merchandise (shirts, key & phone neck holders) and general party goodies.

DJs on the night include ARTHUR KEEN, TOMASUCHY, Special Guest LUCAS HULAN (Roxy Prague/Nightphunk), THIS IS STEREO, JUSTIN TIME, ANDRE DETOX, X-RAY b2b NITROMIND, YIANNIS BALKIZAS, CARLOS AVALOS, LEWIS MADDOX, REEZO, DJ SWIFT, BOL3TZ, DANY D’ ANGELO, FANDA LINHART, EMANUEL CARNEIRO, HOOVAGROOVA, SEANO, DIGITAL MIKE.

For those of you that have hiding under a rock for the last two years here is a bit about what The Poison and Republic Artist have been up to in 2009:

Republic Artists - As well as running events in London Republic Artists are behind the newest international project called WE ARE LONDON which was launched at Pacha in April 2009. We are London played host to underground house music pioneers such as MASTIKSOUL, OLIVER LANG, DALEY PADLEY, and SOUND DIGGERS. In July 2009 again like in previous years they hosted various events and nights in Ibiza.


The Poison – They have had an equally impressive year after launching the first Poison in Poland back in February 09 @ club 139 to a sell out crowd of 2500 punters. They also had their first ever Poison Boat party on the river Thames which was a huge success and are currently planning their next event in Poland on the 10/10/2009 with Arthur Keen, Justin Time, Bol3zt and Nitromind. Heading into the eastern block to show them how we party in London!

As it is our Birthday event (Poison 4th year and Republic Artists 2nd year) we have converted the fabulous glass room into a VIP section. With this you will receive a complimentary welcome drink served by our hostesses, a private bar with birthday cake and a chance to meet with the Republic Artists and Poison residents, media and video crew and on top of that you will have priority entrance to the Scala. The glass room is equipped with soundproof glass which gives you a chance to see what’s happening on the main stage while you enjoy a drink from the comfort of leather sofas.
As the capacity of the room is only 120 there are only limited number VIP tickets available for purchase so book yours A.S.A.P.
