Born and raised in Maidenhead in Berkshire, Bruni has been into event promotion and dj’ing for the past 10 years. Starting off by organising college summer parties, Bruni gradually became known within the Reading area for his monthly house and drum and bass nights. Residencies included the Fez Club, Iguana club and the Boxing Club. Working under the name of Nush-ar, Bruni was mixing hard house as well as techno, with influences such as Jeff Mills and Richie Hawton dictating the style of music he played.
Taking a couple of years out, Nush-ar came back into the scene with a different taste and influence of music. Changing his dj name to Bruni he began to have residencies in the Berkshire area as well as a regular slot on pirate radio. Bruni became more popular as a DJ/events promoter within his company he worked at and organised successful departmental nights around London. Headlining at all of these events he became a lot more recognised as a DJ.
Bruni continues to grow as a dj having a strict policy by bringing a fusion of deep, groovy and pumping beats that also have a minimal sound to the clubland scene.
Bruni has recently traveled to Thailand and was involved in playing at nights in Ko-Samui and ko phangan.
