Chaszi plays energetic Hard Dance with twists of Techno, Vocal Hard House and Trance, and dabbles with Hardstyle where it's seen fit! Basically it's driving hard disko musikaa baby ;))
In 2004 he won the Brighton (BPM/HONEYCLUB/PANASONIC) DJ competition (gaining a residency at the infamous Honeyclub of Brighton)
He has been DJing for as long as he can remember, about 10years. "I'm loving it more than ever before"!
His Gig list has spanned a wide range of venues across the country beginning in the underground party scene at illegal raves in the countryside and warehouse locations, then as the younger days progressed his career moved through to bars and clubs including a residency for Restless @ THE HONEYCLUB. Resident for and co-promoted BANGOUTOFORDER events and parties at many venues and clubs. Other nights include EUTHANAZIA, DIRTY TRICKS, HARDSOUTH pre-parties and after parties, CONTACT After-parties, HARDER, DEFECTIVE and FUSION! What a monster that was kidz!! He has played alongside the likes of Lisa Pin- up, Rob Tissera and Alex Kidd and warmed a 2000 strong crowd for Judge Jules at Hastings Pier. A London Debut saw Chaszi appear in the Contact arena at FOREVER @ HIDDEN in Vauxhall, From the same bag as NU RELIGION.
Chaszi: "I play from tough progressive through my hard house regular phase and on into Techno. I've now found a lust for power-bounce and can be heard regularly putting some of the old back into the new, its a wonderful scene and we should never forget those 'real' sounds of long ago! I love Hardcore/ freeform and all forms of electronica and psychedellic sound in underground dance music so adapt to pretty much any of those harder floors out there. My love of underground music is what keeps me ticking!"
Chaszi has DJ'd far and wide from small parties in Ibiza to the heights of London's HIDDEN and CLUB ICE in Wiltshire through Portsmouth and Bognor, over to HASTINGS PIER and back to Sunny Brighton, regularly playing to the main room masses at the HONEYCLUB's 'Restless' events (RIP) and Busted Entertainments very own events at CONCORDE2.
