PLEASE DO NOT ADD ME TO YOUR BUDDY LIST IF WE'VE NEVER INTERACTED! Things that make me laugh, in no particular order... Non-miracle hangover cure, courtesy of Wowzer: Stage 1)...before going to bed drink water (mineral is a little bit better) until you cannot get anymore fluid in, if you rarely take paracetamol then 1 or 2 tablets after the water is essentail. Lay off smoking ganja until you wake up or the anti-nauseic effects are much less beneficial. Set your alarm for early (we are used to waking up at hideous times in the morning on a hangover), set your alarm for an hour before you predict you would naturally wake up. Stage 2)...As soon as you wake up goes for a piss and (if poss) a shit then nail loads of smoothie (the really exspensive detox ones by natural are incredible), now here is the really difficult bit... you have to really exert yourself. Basicaly force yourself to run around the block or whatever... then when you return eat breakfast... Now at this point I smoke about 3-4 buckets but you should be ready Stage 3)...You will find that you will be able to fall into a deep sleep, this is the important sleep. Passing out drunk or whatever does not give your body the chance it needs to flush these toxins out so it is paramount that you get up and get active to initiate the clean up procedure. When you wake from this you will feel right as rain. *it is tricky to get stage 1 properly done when drunk, tell me how it goes if you try this* www.trashbat.co.ck Rise of the idiots...
