In the day I work in the City and at night and the all important weekends, I Dj and run Centric Music. I have been a lover of music since hearing Randy Crawford Eternally (Must have been mid 70s). I started collect records in 1985 and havent stopped, even with the introduction of CDs I still buy Vinyl and have amassed quite a few thousands.

I started Djing in the late 80s and used to play funk, disco and good old rare groove. And quite a bit of rap dont know about you but I love Gangster Rap not the bling bling bollocks, just the good old street tales.

I started to play house music in the mid 90s but really got the Buzz I think in 89 when I heard deep house for the first time.

Boy I remember going to those early house clubs discovering tune after tune after tune.

Decided to go to Miami in 2000 got fed up of reading about it in Dj mag , and bumped into an old school friend, anyway one thing lead to another and by August of 2000, I was a resident for a popular dance music brand. Done quite a bit of travelling, which was great, highlights include MTV party in Croatia, El Divino Ibiza and Pacha London.

Moved on in 2004 and set up my own night. Had some good nights, gave a few up and coming Djs sets, and most importantly played the tunes I always liked. But damn it hard work. Been freelance since 2005, and been quite lucky, highlights being. Crico Loco at Cross, Soul on the beach @ WMC and a tour of Japan.

I have set up Centric Music to release quality No fillers house music. With the internet making it easier than ever before to release and promote music to a worldwide audience, I wanted to create something that lasted a lot longer than the memories of a night out. The label will not focus on a particular style of house, so long as it got that chug that I associate with a good tune and keeps you on the dance floor and away from the bar Ill be releasing it.
