A bit about d-lyte

Ive been djing in one form or another since 1997 when i first bought my decks to pursue the idea of being a hiphop dj.

After a chance encounter with a Dj Sy tape i got hooked on the uplifting happyhardcore sound, ditched the hiphop (although still being fond of it) and started getting into the hardcore.

The first rave i ever went to was Destiny@ the manor and this was the point which my life changed forever.

Over the years i have been lucky enough to have played at most of the southcoast raves and have held several residencies.

I made my first track with Dj Devastate when i was 18 and also made a few tunes along the way with my mates Jedi and Stormtrooper and we even started our own label "JSD Recordings".. anyone remeber that? hehe.

These days i am one of the resident artists for Robbie Longs mighty Thin-n-crispy label and have continued my production partnership with Stormtrooper as well as working with other artists such as Orbit-1 and Jakazid.

To date i have had 7 tracks featured on 5 major compilation albums and numerous releases on TNC.

There's some new bits and remixes in the pipeline so keep em peeled!
