Starting at the tender age of 13, Dan Sclosa became influenced by early Ministry of Sound albums and realised he wanted to be a part of the developing dance music scene. After following clubbing trends across europe he purchased his first decks at the age of 19 and has now been DJ'ing for 5 years. Dan now manages to run a successful DJ'ing career along side a prominent role in the fashion industry.

Growing up near Brighton his parents have heavily influenced him with eclectic music tastes ranging from Motown to Jazz. Now adays Dan finds his influences in a wide range of DJ's from Victor Calderone, and Richie Santana, through to the likes of Stephan Bodzin and Marco Carola.

Having satisfied clubbing appetites from as far west as Timbuk2 in Bristol to SE-ONE in London, with many locations in between, and stretching north to Subway City in Birmingham, Dan has had the opportunity to play with many DJ's including Dan Ghenacia,and Sasha's protege Luke Fair.

Dan Sclosa has demonstrated great versatility in his playing style, ranging from funk-edged minimal, to dark tribal tinted tech-house, with his inate ability to read a crowd and give them what they want, and with having Mode Listed in the top four nights in DJ-Mag, this is definately an up and coming star for the future.

Looking ahead Dan will be playing at nights such as Summer Summons, and Mode along with his partner in crime Jamie Quinn, confirming exciting nights with Mistress De Funk, Kriss Darrang, Marc Vedo, and officially supporting Harry "Choo Choo" Romero at Bambossa Records parties in London.
