DDD is a monthly house/techno/disco/folk/christian/death metal (and
what ever else we feel like playing) night featuring some of the best
artists/dj's on the underground dance music scene. Not one for taking
ourselves to seriously the empahsis is on throwing a propper party with a
soundtrack supplied by some of the freshest acts on the scene today.

Orginating from a sweaty basement in Shoredtich we moved from venue
to venue in search of a home which we found for 4 years on the disco
dance floor of the key. 2007 saw us reach a milestone in clubbing years
in celebrating our 5th Brithday alongside Martin Buttrich and Alex
smoke, spread our wings to various venues across London including joint
parties with Circo Loco at The End, a couple of warehouse parties and
hosting our own night at the Ministry of Sound and our first in Ibiza. All
of which was noted by DJ Mag who nominated us for best small club of
2007 only to loose out narrowly by our ispirtation and friends
backtobasics, the bastards!

Our resident's include Simon Baker (playhouse, infant) Ryan Shaw
(BacktoBasics, Phonica) and co-promoter Simon Morell. Simon Baker has
recently been a busy boy, signed up to the excellent German Label
Connoisseur, with his track "The Fly" , as well as Leftroom Records for his
track "xy&z. Steve Lawler has been supporting Simon's work for some time
and signed him to his label Viva, with the track "Confused" including a
huge David K mix. Further still, the mighty Playhouse Records have
also spotted Simon's productions and signed him to a 3 single deal , first
up was this summer’s hit "PLASTIK".. Which was a main stay in the
record box’s for people like Richie Hawtin, Sven Vath and Ricardo
villalobos. Winter 2007 will also see Simon Djing all over Europe at
some of the main clubs on the scene and more releases pencilled in for
2020 Vision, Brighton’s Rekids, Karate Klub, Infant and Connoisseur
again, to name but a few.

With the Key's token meter running to zero the disco floor is no more
and sadly it's time to say adieu to our beloved home in search of
pastures new !
