Hi, my name is Philippe Michel and, together with Zaina S., we are the DEEPER CREW. I started out DJing way back in 1991 with a one year stint at The London Pub (Fuengirola), however it wasn't until 2004, when I kicked off my residency at the now legendary Anki's Kitchen (Marbella), that things really started happening. The summer of 2004 saw me take up a weekly residency at Hed Kandi's Destination FunkyTown, playing to capacity crowds in Coyote Banús (Marbella) and Coyote Dance (Fuengirola). I have also played at many of the best clubs on the Costa del Sol, including Nikki Beach (Marbella), Bohemians (Puerto Banús), Tibv (Puerto Banús), Lulu (Marbella), Pangaea Privé (Marbella), Loft (Marbella) and Planet Funk @ Coyote Dance (Fuengirola), to name but a few. During 2005/2006, I was one of the promoters and residents of The Eden Project and We Play House, both held at Ronzey (Calahonda). My passion is to take clubbers to another level, rocking dancefloors with a sublime mix of smooth funky grooves, deep underground sounds and banging house tunes.
