dillon was born in New York but grew up in North London. He's loved music from an early age, but when in 1998 he started at Lancaster University he met The Smithchild who one day lent him a copy of Daft Punk – ‘Homework’ everything changed.
dillon was immediately hooked on house music and set about learning all he could about dance, learning how to DJ on a CD player and belt-drive turn-table hooked up through a 2-channel mixer. Within a year he’d saved up enough for a pair of decks and was spending every spare minute practicing.
His first gig came just a year later, in 1999: he wasn’t happy with the music being played in his local bar so he and Smithchild decided to set up their own night so they could listen to the music he liked.
In 2001 dillon left Lancaster and moved between New York & London, DJing all over the place – Sneak, Halifax; Superugly, London; Open Deck, New York, to name but a few.
But when Dillon was back living in London in 2004 he met Adam K. Adam & Dillon immediately became good friends and soon developed a plan to run a night of their own… Like-Minded People Presents…

Like-Minded People Presents… has now now been running for almost two years. Since the start of LMP dillon has played alongside the likes of Fergie (Radio 1), Annie Mac (Radio 1), Steve Smart (Kiss 100) & Hoxton Whores, to name but a few, at such places at seOne, London; The Escape Club, Swansea; Ministry of Sound, London; and Mission, Leeds.
dillon’s sound has evolved over the years to a very unique dark, funky, techy electro house sound... whatever that is...
When he’s not DJing, dillon produces Judge Jules' show on Radio 1.
