DJ'ing has always been Alex Everest's greatest passion. Having been a DJ of many music genres from drum and bass to the more commercial stuff he decided to solely concentrate his energy on house music. His innovative style and ability to read the crowd make him a real crowd pleaser and can be seen playing anything from minimal/techno/electro house to the more funky soulful stuff as well.

It is no wonder Alex developed such a taste for DJ'ing having been actively involved in his father's nightclub, (The Havana Club) from a young age. Then at the age of 16, and unfamiliar to London's clubland he moved from Jersey to the capital. where the sounds of London's clubs inspired Alex to become a DJ.

Alex then decided to move back home to Jersey at 20 and persuaded his father to start a weekly night on sunday called the 'Sunday Social' at The Havana Club, playing house music. He got together with local heroes Warren Le Seure and Warren Holt (Jersey Live Festival organisers) and DJ Biko (ex Space Ibiza resident) and the rest is history. 'Sunday Social' is now Jersey's biggest and busiest house night and is definetely worth a visit if you're ever passing through.

Alex is back and having reached the last 8 out of 600 in the egg dj competition he is certainly marking his stamp on the london scene. Alex has played at several prestigeous nights including the space @ the cross and abstract @ the egg, and having been heavily influenced by Rob Marmot's legendary Boujis nights he is set to appear alongside Rob at his night 'Togetherness' at El Divino and Es Paradis in Ibiza later this August. Alex has also recently secured a residency at the world famous Cuckoo Club on Wednesdays and is set to start his own afterparty 'Secret Service Scenario' @ Mars Bar every Sunday from the 29th July.
