Originally from Leeds, Anna K (Anna Kitson) learned to mix on the 1's and 2's after moving to Sheffield a few years ago thanks to her good mate (at the time) and now fiance Irish Dave. After meeting Glen Raath (Parlez Vous and Avin It resident), he encouraged Anna to the 'dark side' of the CDJs and also lead Anna to play her first gig at Avin It. Now a resident at Avin it, and with gigs at Raw to the Bone under her belt, Anna prides herself on banging out the filthiest hard house tunes to put it to the best of them. Not only this but to see such a well put together set pulled off with all the technical DJ boxes ticked is really a true joy to behold. You couldn't imagine the speed with which Anna K will knock your socks off.
