Everyone asks that question, "what is life?" Heres my ideas and reasoning's. Life is made up of three elements of life itself. These are Work,Rest and Play.

WORK
I dont really like that word, so im going to change it to learn.From the moment everyone of us is born we have to learn so much so quickly and thats when the work side comes into it.You do have to work hard to learn about all aspects of life whether that be the growing up and finding your way down that blind path, through the pecking order of society, to working to support yourself and your lifestyle and anyone under your wing, to working hard to juggle all the lives of being a wife, mother housewife, lover ,nurse, teacher and every other part of that full-time job to working hard to fullfill your dreams that are possible reality goals. whichever works you undertake just do it with enthusiasm and a smile. (They are catching).
REST
Now this is the one i have most trouble with. I do like to have the notion of "Who needs to sleep, you can do that when your dead!" and "i have got the energy now and i may not be able to do it for long so just keep going". Well i know myself that rest is a very big part of your overall well-being. Rest not just rest as in sleep or sitting in front of that brainless black box, I also mean the rest other people have told me about, that time when when you can rest away from the world to be alone(now that word scares me) but i know alone doesnt mean lonely now and time on your own is a rest from the world, time to take stock of your life and directions, aims and goals, time to think and do your own things at your own pace no pressure, no expectations.
PLAY
Now this is my favourite. I do believe in Life and life is worth living and has a lot to offer. Whatever your playtime may be dont hold back and whatever you choose again do it with passion and the feedback will be priceless. Try not to be too greedy with playtime though as it can definatly overtake the other two elements and that's where the scales get messed up and you realise you do need that rest so that you can work hard enough to then really go and appreciate and deserve all the play pleasures the world has to offer!
