A bit about dj-john-vyse

Hi guys, just to let you all know that I have started my own Hard House Record Label. It is called Hazardous Records and the first release will be out early 2008. I am teaming up with my best buddy Tom Wardrop AKA The Tom to do this label.

We already have quite a bit of material for the label so far, but we are also looking for other producers to send overe their stuff aswell, and we will then get back to you asap in order to let you know if we will sign your track.

We are going to concentrate on the harder edge of Hard House and Hard Nrg. All vinyl will only have two tracks on them as I know how annoying it can get when there is more on a vinyl, being a dj myself. Also We are not having B sides just two A sides as the tunes that we press in our opinion and once you listen, your opinions too, the tunes that we do press are all worthy of an A side. However send all kinds of Hard Housse tunes to us if you like as if we think its a strong enough track then we will still consider releasing them.

Also shortly after we will be releasing a Digital label. Called Hazardous Digital.

Also The Tom and I will be Djing as a two-some and calling our selfs The Hazardous Djs.

But obviously I will still be mainly concentrating on djing on my own.

For more info rmation on any of the above please contact me on.

P.s for more information on myself please keep reading . . . . . . . . . . .

Hi my name is John Vyse and I am from the Midlands. I've had Decks for aound about four years, but I have only been DJing in clubs cumming up to two years now!

My current style is at the harder edge of Hard Dance. My influences are the likes of Defective Audio, Riggsy, Marc Johnson, Frank Farrell, Ben Stevens, Paul Glazby, Andy Farley, the list continues........

However that is not the only style that i like. To be honest I'm into everything really. I play pretty much all of the sub genres of Hard Dance, especially the Bounce and Classics. LOVE IT!

I am a resident at B2T whos main home is the Sanctuary in Birmingham. So I have been fortunate enough to have lived my dream of playing the main room there 4 times so far. GET IN! It doesn't stop there B2T and Vicious Circle are teaming up on the 15th September to pull a right blinder for you at the legendary Q Club in Birmingham. I will be djing in the main room b2b with Kye Shand! Going to be a night to remember!

B2T have taken me on their tours that they have aswell, which has given me the opportunity to play at other big clubs such as tasty's in London, Nu Religion at the Colloseum in London, more recently at Frantic, which was held at club KOKO in London, plus many more.

Aswell as that I am a regular guest at Cyberkitten in Northampton (voted best small club at the Hard Dance Awards 2007) and have been playing for them now for over a year. Hope to be back on there soon! I have also played at Storm vs Passion at the Emporium in Coalville in the Red Room and more recently Storm again at the Emporium, but in the Main room ( Storm having being voted BEST LARGE CLUB at The Hard Dance Awards 2007). Plus many many more nights too.

I am also into the producing side of things now. I currently have a few tunes that I have made with the likes of Frank Farrell and Michael Franklin from Amp Attack as engineers. I am currently in process of booking in with a few other engineers aswell. Looking forward to that.

My Best buddy tom and myself are in the proccess of getting our own vynil. record label together and the first release should hopefully be in the shops at the begining of the new year 2008. So make sure that you keep your eyes out for that. It is called Hazardous Records. Also look out for us Djing together as The Hazardous Dj's.

I have also now ventured into the world of filthy Electro house music. so look out for myself djing some of that in clubs all over in 2008.
