I've Been Djing Now for 15 Years. I Bought my first pair of turntables back when i was 18 years old but it started long before then....

At the Age of 11 Breakdancing in the School Playground and practising Graffiti Art in my School Books, my uncle used to bring round tapes of these hip hop records and the fact that i was the only one my age who had such material were the First steps towards wanting to be a DJ, anytime i could introduce new music to my otherwise un-educated friends i would.

The Real Underground material surfaced when i was working in a bakery and one of the bakers was really into acid house and most weekends would be found Djing at some illegal rave, he passed one of his mixtapes onto me and there it was BANG i was Hooked.

Thru Various Journeys From Acid House - Hardcore and back to House Music as we know it i listened to almost anything to do with Dance Music before finally deciding to set upon the Fabulous Sound Of HOUSE MUSIC.

Journeying from House to Garage and Back again. I got most of my practice playing at a Big Pub in Chelmsford then called the RENDEZVOUS where along with a good friend of mine used to play to the PRE-Dukes crowd, we were spinning the early 4/4 Garage Mainly US material which i remember going to London once a month to purchase. Finally having learnt enough to go on my own I started a Monthly night at a Pub in Witham essex where i started to play Commercial House Music but after sussing the crowd i turned to early 2step Garage and took on board another local DJ, we had quite a success as apart from fighting there was not much else to do in Witham so the fact that we passified people with music is One of the reasons i stuck to DJing.

2000 came and it was time to take it back to Chelmsford and so with the Help of my good friend Dj Jesta we Started a Monthly Night Called "Its All About House Music" at a local bar and in the summer we litterally had the place rammed, but due to a Greedy Landlord we called it a day after 2 years and thats when I Joined Pirate Radio Lush Fm.

Six Months into playing on the Radio and the Bigger Bookings Finally came in and I jumped on Board the FunkedUp team where i became resident and continue to Play for their very succesful nights Check www.FunkedUp.biz.



Now I'm currently playing On IntenseRecords Radio which you can find on www.intenserecords.co.uk/radio my show is on Saturdays 12pm - 2pm and most weeks i'm playing the Shops New Material and some other promo's.
