I'm Mr Rayner, I'm a Drum & Bass DJ from the lowly town of Boston Lincolnshire (the original, but probably not the best). I have been mixing DnB for about 4 years now, and love every moment of it! I started off with a set of Numark TT1650s, but quite quickly progressed onto the quality of 1210 Mk5s, swiftly followed by a CDJ 800 (which is currently broken!) I played my first party about 5 months after I started, and didn't do much til earlier this year, when me and a group of mates (Big Ups to Jim, Ray & Eddie) started White Rooms, Boston's first ever night dedicated to DnB. In it's brief history we have upgraded from pub fodder on a thursday night to playing at the towns best club (Eclipse) via a visit from the legendary Shy FX! I played on my first system earlier this year as well, first in DJ comps @ the Engine Shed (Lincoln), then progressing to Cutz Recordingz where I hold down a residency with my partner in crime, Jam Master Jim, each & every month playing with a big name. I have also had the priviledge to play on the Sweet Potato system @ the Undertone Halloween Party, which was heavy! So yeah, I've had a busy 2008 so far, and with bookings most weekends before christmas it's not slowing up!
