About me:


My name is Phil aka Dj Skizz im 21 yrs old and i live in Shrewsbury. I have been Djin for 5 years and i mix hardcore at its finest, I First started off mixin hard trance when i was 16 yrs old i got my first set of decks (Gemini xl 400 mk2) with my first wage packet when i finally managed to start work. with my mates from school we had a laugh getting absolutely smashed in a barn up lyth hill (NICE ONE SIM!!!) i then started to get the nack for it and started taking my djin seriously and went through some shit to get to the stage im at now thanks to some very missed friends. i then practiced my ass off everyday and met a good friend (dj Raz) who shown me how to do things which would go down quite ear bending in sets like speed mixin and scratchin which to this day i still use BIG UP YA SELF RAZ WHOOP!! then i met dj Davi through an old friend and became very close as we gelled together really well and both wanted the same thing success! we started off doin regular nights at a little club called tempo which in all fairness we got rockin.
i then found my love for cdjs as Davi told me if i was gunna succeed then i need to learn how to use them and so i did, Within 6 months i was playin on them fully and the last set we done at tempo i did my own set on 2 cdjs and 2 decks. It was probably the most memorable set i have done to date so far i loved it it was such a rush i knew this is what i wanted to do for the rest of my life. I now have a set of Stanton c314 cdjs and i fukin love them lol. we then started hosting working in conjunction with Bouncin Beats to produce what is an unexplainable rush of love for the core!!!!!!!!! I work closely working alongside with my best mate and fellow Dj Davi and also Mc Echo to produce an imense aray of styles of hardcore and Hardstyle. I have also started working closely with Imminent founder and Hyper-Breed resident Mc Energy to produce a set to go down in the books as ledgendary. i also host a live radio show on a thursday night with Dj Davi and Mc Echo on 92.2fm (midlands rush) you can also tune in via the web www.midlandsrush.co.uk tune in soon !!!!
