Born and bred Essex boy DJ Loopee traces his musical inspiration to his youth, discovering trance and local pirate radio stations at the age of 11, 12. Acquiring himself his first set of decks at the age of 15 he set out on a mission to lose himself in something he loved. In 2001 he formed his own internet radio site ‘Strike FM’, where he and fellow collaborators mixed and MC’d, he gathered himself a small following and built up his confidence playing to a host of like minded listeners. Strike FM lasted 3 years in which after the first year DJ Loopee hosted and DJ’d the one year birthday celebration held in Romford, Essex, jamming the venue to maximum capacity.

Starting with UK Garage DJ Loopee constantly adapts to the latest rhythms and trends to hit the scene.

Focusing on his working life Loopee took a step back from putting himself out there but never gave up his music, spending hours in his hideaway mixing the latest tunes and honing in on his obvious talent. Becoming refocused on his dream he began producing CD’s to hand out and spent time trawling clubs and bars with his music. His efforts didn’t go unnoticed… landing spots in several local clubs and bars on his holiday jaunts.

Holidaying in Ibiza 2007 and again in 2008 his love for house was born…

DJ Loopee has, over the past few months, been a resident DJ on Force FM 106.5fm, the South East UK’s leading pirate music station, streaming dance & urban music around the world. He has attracted a strong following and there is strong demand for his CD give-aways.
