My name is Ross Miller, I am 31 years old and have been DJing for around 10 years now.
I have spent (or miss spent) my teenage years with dance music during the early 90ís listening to Acid house and Hardcore. Iíve seen House trends come and go over the years, from piano uplifting house from the mid 90ís, through to spin offs like speed garage and two step. So I have a lot of influences that I use to inspire my sets, past and present.

I bought my first pair of decks back in 1998 and started to learn the art of beat matching and turntable skills, being belt driven they werenít that good so I saved my cash and just went straight out and bought some Vestax PDT 5000s and a Vestax PMC17 mixer and haven't looked back since. 10 years later I still have them, and they have seen many parties and gigs. I am definitely used to playing in front of packed bars and love to see the reaction to some of the my favourite tunes. My record collection has constantly increased over the years and the room to keep them reduced!

I currently play a cross over between U.S. House and funky house, originating from the U.K and the U.S. I'm a sucker for a good disco hook and bass line. Hott 22, Bini & Martini, Erick Morillo and DJ Sneak are firm favourites of mine as well as Eddie Leader, Joey Youngman, Inland Knights and Lawnchair Generals to name a few. Most can be heard in my sets regularly. I still have a love of Vinyl records and haven't moved over to CD/MP3 DJing and personally don't see the need to quite yet.
