Birmingham born Hard House DJ, Steve Rees, began his career back in 2005 playing Euphoric Trance at gigs in his hometown. Later in the year he made the progression to playing bigger venues, which included a set at the prestigious Club SOI in the Trax Complex, Portrush, Northern Ireland. Towards the end of 2005 his style had taken on a harder edge prompting Steve to move completely into Hard Dance. 2006 saw his style evolve further into high octane head melting Hard House.

Having finally found his suited genre, Steve is clearly happier than ever behind the wheels of steel. Along with good technical skills he possesses an energy and enthusiasm behind that always goes down well with the crowd. His eye-catching, if sometimes insane antics during his sets always ensure jaw-dropping entertainment whenever he plays. His real affinity with the crowd however, comes from being one of them. Never one to hide away in a VIP room, when he's not in the DJ booth Steve can usually be found on the dance floor or running around the club talking to anyone he can find.

In January 2006 he joined Soda HQ, a UK based DJ Management and Promotions Company. This led to Steve playing gigs at Melted in Gloucester and Contamination in Birmingham. In June 2006 Steve made the decision to join Sublime DJs, a collective of DJs and promoters based in the South of England.

In 2006 Steve also released his first promo mix cd "Virus" which has received some very positive reviews. He is currently working on his 2nd promo mix "Weapon Of Mass Destruction" which is expected to be out late-2006. Alongside this Steve is working hard in the studio on producing his first track, Full Scale Assault which will be available in the near future.
