The whole thing took him about 2 minutes and I watched very closely to see how :P

I know how to tie the main body knot, its getting a decent wrist bind thats the trouble. I use a 10m long rope, what length did he use?

If I recall it's somewhere in the region of 13mtr on this one, for a full body including full arms and legs with a bind, you should be looking for 25-27mtr.

You shouldn't need anything more than a good length of rope, of course restraint cuffs can be used for comfort and spreaders used to provide easier leverage. But you're all a bunch of perverts , so what would I know ';oP
