My passion for DJing kicked off around 2yrs ago, after a 2 week trip to the white isle of Ibiza.
For aslong as I can remember, my main musical influences have been uplifting and progressive trance, from the likes of PVD, Armin and Above & Beyond. Throughout the past year however, i have progressed more into the tech and electro side of house music, aswell as the likes of the soulful and chunky style.
'Connekted' has now been around for the past 2 years or so, and began when myself and fellow connekted DJ Jason Bennett (aka Jasey B) created the name for a weekly radio show on Torfaen's 107.5 CrowFM.
Since then, Connekted has grown from strength to strength.Last year, connekted had a fortnightly residency at OneParkPlace in Cardiff, aswell as a weekly listen-on-demand show on 'Toradio-Underground'.
For 5 months we also held a weekly residency at The Cotton Club, Newport. This gave us the chance to spread our Connekted brand amongst the people of Newport, and give them a fresh new style of music, that had yet to be heard.
Currently, we are Friday night residents at Newport's coolest venue, Revolution Bar, where we present 'Frisky Fridays With Connekted'.
