so dont beleive wot u hear its not true!!! you can catch me trying to dj @ various london gigs... been djing a lil over 7yrs. of that i currently hold my 6yr residency @ The Cross for a fri nighter called 'Fiction' (2000-present) and @ Fabric for sun clubbing called 'D.T.P.M' (2000-present)... have also been resident @ the old M.O.S on a sat night called 'Tribalism' (2002/03)...had a stint @ A.K.A (2001/04) 2003-2004 i was fortunate enough to be given the oppertunity for a year long residency with 'LAURENT GARNIER' for 6 exclusive dates in London... one of my fave rescidencies was in (2001/03) for a night called 'Drama' which i did with Smokin Jo and i have to say was one of the coolest nights around. cool, trendy, quirky people, trannies & freaks all losing it to some twisted beats...HOW IT SHOULD BE... dont knw how good your memory is but i also worked @ 'Uptown recs' in soho from 2000-2004... so the chances are i may have sold u a rec had u been wax shopping bk then !!! got nominated in last years (2005) House music awards in the 'pionneer breakthrough' dj cat... how that happened am still tryin to work it out myself... i got etched in clubbing history @ The Cross 10th b.day i managed to come out as the dj who had played the most sets ever since the club opened its doors to the public way bk in 1993. beating of all the a-list djs who had ever graced the decks, and had them thinkin who the fuck is this indian !!! subsequently this was recorded in a ltd edt bk that The Cross got done...(2,500 copies.).. i started out playin a completly different sound, but like most djs your music changes over the years until you find your style. so here we are in the present and i have def found mine and then some. sleazy, slutty, twisted electro with a squeeze of minimal/techno is the order of the day now. thats me in a nutshell. thanx for checkin this out, for more in depth info plse catch me on my website or my.space below... bye. harj... ;0) CONTACTS: email: http://djharj@googlemail.com website: http://djharj.com myspace: http://myspace.com/harjdj or you can simply tap me up here on dsi...
