Full Biog:


When I was growing up I used to listen to rock and grunge and had a relatively small knowledge of dance music.
In 1992 I was handed my first mix tape from my friend, DJ/MC Angel. The tape was Fantazia Castle Donnington, Easygroove and this totally cjhanged my life. An explosive introduction to dance music opened my ears to a new sound and sub-culture and I’ve never looked back!



I bought my trustworthy 1210s in ’98 and began playing trance, hardhouse, funky house and as many old skool tunes as I could find!
Warehouse in Plymouth was my first introduction to proper clubbing and when that closed down (what a waste!) I moved over to dance academy which is when I got seriously into clubbing!
When candy store opened I moved up the road and ended up in there every weekend religiously for about two years. I loved that club, wicked people (met Deny), wicked music and it created a bit of rivalry with Academy which in turn meant excellent DJ’s being booked to play at both clubs every Saturday. The bonus with Candystore was it closed at four so we could always go down to Academy for a couple more hours!



When Candystore closed down in 2001 I returned to Dance Academy. It was around this time that I had secured my first DJ gig at Jack Cham’s in Tavistock, playing House and Trance and later Breaks (when I discovered it!) every Friday and Saturday.

I continued Djing there until September 2002 when I managed to secure a residency in the Blue Room@Dance Academy.

The promoters of the club had been looking for some new talent and a fresh sound and I was in the right place at the right time! Deny joined me about a week after and we both became good friends with Kev Rose. The evening would normally begin with Funky House and House and as the evening progressed we would normally end up getting carried away playing Classic Trance and Old Skool House and ’92-’94 Hardcore, great!! Quite a few times the main room would be dead and we would have the Blue Room absolutely rocking!!!
The three of us had some really happy times there, sad how these things have to end!



I left Academy in ’04 (returned at the end ’04 until June ’05) to spend the season in Ibiza. I arrived very early in the season with my best mate, a box of records and a few pounds to my name. There were very few places open and very few workers about so jobs weren’t that easy to come by. I went round all the bars in San Antonio hassling the owners to give me a job DJing until one bar ended up giving me a job! I then played, Funky House and Old Skool, six nights a week, from 9-4am non-stop, for the next four months.

I returned for the 2005 season working for Om records (deep house label), DJing at Exstasis Nightclub and promotional work for club nights.



WHAT NOW


Currently I’m very into tech-house, HOUSE HAS BALLS AGAIN!!!! However, I like to produce sets that encompass lots of genres, Breaks, House, Old Skool funky-techno and whatever else grabs my attention to create a truly unique set and experience!

Over the last three years, we have been DJing at uSED gOODS parties at Jack Cham’s in Plymouth and Viper in Exmouth, HUB, RIVA, MAMBO and VELVET LOUNGE in Exeter and now have a permanent monthly residency at, the BAMBOO GARDEN.
I am also a resident and promoter for CONSEQUENCE!

As well as the club/bar appearances, uSED gOODS and HOUSE TRAP are involved in various promotions in Ibiza this season 2009. We also had bookings for private parties and are in talks with other venues and radio stations to work on some new projects.
