IF YOU'RE NOT DANCING, MAKE SOME F*CKING SPACE!
The love of my life is music! Originally a UK Garage raver from living and growing up in Ayia Napa, Cyprus but over the years my affair with House music has increased to the extent where my passion for it runs deeper than anything else!!! Passion can often mature into obsession which is why i find myself as one of the many DJ's/Producers/Promoters on this website:)
My musical taste varies enormously, ranging from all forms of House through to Disco,Funk, Hip Hop(mainly UK), Grime,Rock and Reggae...
Absoloutely loving the dark, raw, glitchy side of the house scene at the moment!Favourite producers include Switch/Solid groove, Trentmoller, Cirez d,Tocadisco, Jesse Rose, Paul Woolford,Micky Slim, Chris Lake Ed Kane...the list is endless...

I make up one half of the duo that is GrooveTherapypresents...
We are a brand that play music, make music and F*cking love to party. We're not talking Westlife or Scooch: Strictly underground like a malicious water-mole on the rail tracks of Kings Cross tube station.
GTP...is the combining of two creative, party hungry minds who literally live, walk, talk and breathe musical air. In a word or few: GTP absolutely intensely love music, everything that surrounds it, what it can make people do and how it can unite people: like the smurfs and teletubbies throwing shapes on the dancefloor to the dirtiest Micky Slim beat.
From the roots of soul, acid house, detroit techno, hip-hop, hardcore, garage, infinite hours of record shopping in the obscurest places, pirate radio, carnivals, the no b*llshit club scene and a sheer passion for the undergound even from 10years old, GTP have formed with their 'for the people ethos!'
As a duo GrooveTherapyPresents aka Nico Lupo and J.Ioannou, grace the controls with passion, charisma, underground selections, excellent technical ability and an all round love for seeing clubbers, ravers and party goers shudder and gyrate to their Polluted House beats with their B2B and 4 deck sets. Pollution these days can be seen as a neagtive entity that may eventually destroy our planet, therefore GTP...take the notion of pollution turn it on its skull, remould it, remix and re-work it and attach it to the House sound that they play. Their dirty house and techno sets are positively polluted with well... anything goes and are known for dropping dub-step and grime cuts aswell as breaks, classics, oddities and acapellas to keep the party flowing.
This year has seen GrooveTherapyPresents...host the Alternative radio show of the Uk's leading D&B, Breaks and Uk Hip-Hop publication, Knowledge Magazine on Life Fm opening the ears of the readers with a selection of different beats and educating with their style. Summer 2007 saw GTP take its Wanna Be V.I.P party to Cyprus for a season of shennanigans in the sun. As well as holding their weekly party at Bagleys, GTP played at and hosted numerous crazy after parties, pool parties and boat parties that saw them play alongside american duo Gabriel and Dresden as well as tech-house legend Eddie Richards and Fabric original Pure Science and they also Hi-jacked the In Bed With Space afterparty and rocked the crowd until the sun euphorically rose.
Since coming back from the Summer we have the opportunity of smashing the rooms in some of the biggest clubs in the UK namely Ministry of Sound, Turnmills and Fabric.Onwards and upwards for 2008!!
