This is Justin Time he is a young South African who has been living in London for the past 6 and half years. His current residences are The Poison and Recreation. Justin Time has been djing in London club scene for the past five years. He discovered his passion for dance music at a young age, but he had to wait until he arrived in the clubbing capital of Europe “London” to really experience the dance scene for his self. He started mixing in the summer of 2003 and played his first club set six months later for Swamp (A.K.A Puzzle Project @ the 414 in Brixton London. From then he has played at venues like The Fridge(Brixton), The Scala (Kings Cross), Hidden, Fire, The Factory, The
Coloseum (Vauxhall) and many more for a host of different Promotions and events.

Justin has become renowned for his ability to always offer up something completely different with each set he plays, including demos. You’re never quite sure what style is coming next. He strives never to become mundane or repetitive with his music. Justin’s music style is quite diverse with regards to his hard dance sets. It ranges from Hard house, Bouncy House, Hard Dance, Hard Trance, Tech Trance, Hard Funk (one of his fav’s) good Hard Style and lots more. He also plays House, Electro and Tech House. As Justin says “Basically if it’s got a good beat he pretty much likes it!”

So be on the look out next time you go out on the town. If you get a chance to see him play do so, you won’t be disappointed.

THE POISON PRODUCTION

The Poison is now a well established event on London club scene. They show case a line up of Dj's from around the globe, playing some of the freshest and finest dance music around, ranging from House, Progressive, Electro, Trance and Hard Dance. They also have one the most loyal party hard fan base that you will ever find.
THE POISON Launched in October 2005 by three good friends who each had a dream about putting on a dance event like no other. Since their first event the guys from The Poison have only gone from strength to strength. Their parties have fast become the place to be if you’re looking to party in style in London. The Poisons unique sound and style of party has made this event become more and more popular with wide range of punters from all walks of life. Originally launched in a small venue in south London with a capacity of about 300, the poison have come a long way from their early days on the scene.

By the end of their first year their 1st birthday bash was held at the legendary Club Hidden in south London with three rooms and about 900 people. This is seen as a testament to the guys and girls at the Poison who have a never ending drive for bigger and better thing. Each resident dj as his/her own unique music policy and the Poison rely on their own residents who were carefully selected and signed from numerous dj's auditions, delivering a more eclectic mix of dance music. The Poison realized from the start that the music is the backbone of any event. Once their residents were in place they were ready to take London by storm. They have held events at clubs across the capital like the Mass, Colloseum , Turnmills , Ministry of Sound, Fire, Scala and many other popular venues . So be sure to watch this space because The Poison is destined for great things.

Oh yes! Poisoned Republic is back and you’d better prepare yourself for mayhem, excitement, hyperactivity and lots and lots of fun at our double birthday bash.
Can you believe another year has been and gone? What a year it has been!

With every Poison and Republic Artists event being off the hook we’re back at one of the best venues the capital has to offer - SCALA. We couldn’t think of a better place to hold our double birthday bash and if you think last year was good then just wait until the party of the year on the 21st November 2009. It is going to be BIGGER, better and absolutely insane!

So what can you expected to see on the night? We will be show casing over thirty DJs made up of Poison and Republic residents, as well as some great guest DJs. With a diverse range of music to suit all covering everything from House, Electro, Minimal Techno, Tech House, Hard Dance, Trance, Progressive and everything between.. 2000 people will stomp the night away over 4 rooms to a mind blowing light and visuals show. We’ll have very sexy dancers to keep to you entertained and you’ll want to dance right into the early hours of the morning with them. Plus, there will be stalls setup around the venue for you to purchase glow sticks, Poison and Republic merchandise (shirts, key & phone neck holders) and general party goodies.

As it is our Birthday event (Poison 4th year and Republic Artists 2nd year) we have converted the fabulous glass room into a VIP section. With this you will receive a complimentary welcome drink served by our hostesses, a private bar with birthday cake and a chance to meet with the Republic Artists and Poison residents, media and video crew and on top of that you will have priority entrance to the Scala. The glass room is equipped with soundproof glass which gives you a chance to see what’s happening on the main stage while you enjoy a drink from the comfort of leather sofas.
As the capacity of the room is only 120 there are only limited number VIP tickets available for purchase so book yours A.S.A.P.

On Saturday the 19th of September 2009 The Poison presents “Summerend 09”.For this event will be taking over one of London’s hottest new dance venues “AREA”. 1500 people will stomp the night away to a mind blowing L.E.D light and visuals show. Guaranteed that you have an out of the world experience at our Summerend spectacular …

“AREA is deemed as the coolest club in London as it opens its doors pre summer 2008. Boasting four spacious dance areas, state of the art sound and light technology, six bars and plenty of chill-out space. The Vauxhall venue holds up to 1500 people with over 750 LED's and 30 lasers to turn your clubbing experience into a world of cutting edge sophistication. With its 24 hour license and 'around the clock' dance arena's - your partying is a continuous dance!” AREA

On the night we will be showcasing 25 Dj’s across three arenas playing Funky House, Electro House, Dirty House, Deep House, Tech House, Hard Dance, Hard Trance, Trance, Psy-Trance, Electro, Minimal Techno, Funky Techno and Electro Techno. Basically if you want it we got it, a little something for everyone you could say. We have 3 LIVE Acts from artist including DEEP INFECT and ARTHUR KEEN. Moving in a wide range of genres, with many and varied artists. Such as: Gabriella Cilmi, Paul Oakenfold, Neneh Cherry, Tricky, Lamb, Duran Duran, Lulu, Thea Gilmore, Fish, Stina Nordenstam, Lemonjelly, Steve Winwood, Sugababes, CirKus, Thunder etc etc. Although still working in the live arena, his focus is turning more & more to writing and production. The Poison “Summer Boat Party” + Afterparty Saturday 18th of July 2009

That’s right everybody The Poison is taking to the high seas, well not so much the high seas but the River Thames. For those of you that have never had the pleasure of attending a boat party on the Thames before this is a must do for you. To see the sites of London from the river is a truly an amazing experience. Prepare yourself for an evening dirty techy music with a great atmosphere that the Poison always has.

On the boat there are two rooms, in Room 1 we will have the “Deep Infect” these boys are tearing up the scene right with visual and audio show. We R 1 their sound is proving very popular with the Poison crowd. With added support from Andre Detoxx, Funky Paul and more. In Room 2 it is more the versus room than anything else. We have Justin Time b2b Hoovagroova, X-ray b2b2 Nitromind, Drago b2b Nitro all are extremely capable of tearing up the floor.

So after the boat party we will have a coach wait to you to the afterparty at The Apothecary Bar next door to the infamous Egg Club. This is going to be a night for the Poison record books, so be sure that you book your tickets now as there is a very limited amount of.

THE BOAT

The Dutch Master The three decked Dutch Master is the perfect all weather party vessel with its spacious covered and open deck areas making it suitable for a variety of functions at any time of the year.

Leading from the entrance hall is the lower saloon, with its own wood panelled bar. The surround windows give the lower saloon a light and airy atmosphere during the day, while the inset ceiling lights add intimacy for evening events. Tables and chairs are set around the perimeter leaving a huge central entertainment area.

Also off the entrance hall a flight of stairs leads to the middle deck which is divided into open and enclosed areas. The forward section houses another bar and seating is laid out around a central balcony looking down into the lower saloon. This is ideal for those guests wishing to rest with a quiet drink while remaining in touch with the party. Set into the ceiling is a large fanlight linking to the top deck. The open stern section is large enough to accommodate a lot of people. This is also a smoking area for clients or guests who are not able to smoke inside the boat.

From the middle deck another short flight of stairs leads up to the open expanse of the top deck. This area is a superb platform from which to view London s riverside attractions and has is furnished with tables and chairs. Again, smoking is allowed from this deck.

The Dutch Master is centrally heated and equipped with a state of the art sound system. The bars stock wines, spirits, draught and bottled beers and the boat can accommodate up to 370 guests.

THE AFTERPARTY

The Apothecary Bar Sat next to Laurence Malice's unique Egg nightclub on York Way, near Kings Cross (although arguably quite a walk and worth taking advantage of the free shuttle bus that runs from the American Car Wash down the road), Apothecary is the newest – and arguably most unique – part of what's almost become a dancing complex.

Apothecary may share the building with Egg, but it has its own separate entrance on Vale Royal and whereas Egg is full of hardcore dancers clamouring for a night of house tunes, this bar is designed to cater for those wanting something a bit different. You've got pub-style surroundings, with a long bar (made from an antique restored apothecary table - hence the name) and a small stage for live acts – think burlesque or caberet – and an outdoor area complete with its own bar, with a grass section and those heaters that are essential all year round when you're clubbing in a city with weather as unpredictable as London.
