Well what can I say... the last 2 years have been absolutely mental and I've loved every single minute! If you see me out, whether I'm behind the decks or in the middle of the danceflor, come say hello and have a bop!

"Having got his first pair of decks in 1995, Matt has had his finger on the dance music pulse from an early age. Speed Garage first enticed him onto the ones-and-twos where he created a name for himself in London and the South-East, playing a number of venues alongside some of the heavyweight turntablists of the time.

Instigated by the demise of the Garage scene in the early Noughties he transitioned over to Hip-Hop, Drum ‘n’ Bass, Dubstep and anything that got his feet tapping and head bouncing. It was this love of all things bass and bounce that fuelled his passion for the electronic house productions he managed to increasingly find around 2005 and 2006.

Within a year he was in the clutches of the Electro-House scene, eagerly hunting the freshest productions and dirtiest remixes. Plucked from the haystack by an uber-successful promotion in Reading, he was given his big break in the world of House music in July 2007. Since then he has played regularly for the likes of Voodoo, Gallery, Tut Tut, Filthybeats, Mayo Clinic and Diverted across some of London and the South-East’s biggest and most prestigious venues.

Using a mixture of classics and hot-off-the-press releases, his energy, and his pure passion for the music - his soul aim is always to get the dancefloor bouncing and to leave it in a smiling, sweaty mess. His style can be described as vocal, bouncy, dirty house – whether its more bouncy, more vocal or more filthy depends solely on the crowd, the night, and just how much the speakers can handle… "

I've posted 1,978 comments, 390 live chat messages, and I've been spotted 411 times.

Music I listen to: Funky House, Jackin House, Electro House, Dirty House, Latin House, Soulful House, Deep House, Breaks, Liquid Drum and Bass, Jazzy Drum and Bass, Jump Up Drum and Bass, UK Garage
