Bored and fed up with paying to hear some of the biggest named Dj's play on nothing more than over inflated egos and attitude, whilst better, cutting edge talent out there wasn’t getting opportunities to play out due to certain club policies, we decided enough was enough and we created THE GETAWAY.

Spread over three floors of one of Brighton’s finest clubs, The Ocean Rooms is fully fitted with a Function One sound system. We promise a night of total fun and mayhem, an all night party not to be missed with an atmosphere that is second to none.

We bring you some of the best cutting edge names in Hard Dance, Hard Trance, Freeform and Hardcore as well as showcasing local up and coming DJs.
