12 years ago I moved to Bristol after surfin my way round the world, locked myself away in my bedsit and wouldn't come out til I learned to mix. Back then I was into mashin up Noom acid-trance with Goa trance and acid techno. And then I heard Tony de Vit. That hard-bag sound inspired Lady Base and I to put on our own parties and Ripsnorter was born...

Ripsnorter celebrated its 10th Birthday in May 2007 and the crew is as passionate as ever about putting on parties and spreading the Ripper vibe.
So The Depot's not re-opening but the party continues...we're still doing our boat parties and watch out for forthcoming free parties and taking Ripsnorter On The Road while we search for a new more permenant home.

I'm into playing deep, hard techno-trance, full-on psy, tech-trance, nu age rave, a bit of old hard house, bassline electro and psy-breaks - all sorts. And I'm well into world music; Thomas Mapfumo, Manu Chao, Tinariwen, West African stuff and music discovered while travelling, and I have been known to play the odd chill out slot at festies.

Main residencies: Tribe Of Frog & Ripsnorter and new residency at Riff Raff, Leeds.

My main passion is still DJing but there's more to life - I'm into martial arts, dancing, squash, gym, travelling, classical guitar, walking, reading, politics and reiki. And I live in Knowle West with my fianceé Georgi and my cat Cuddles.
