SHOCK:FORCE – A name soon to be synonymous with the hard dance scene! Is a duo in the shape of two of the U.K.’s most exciting yet under-rated DJ’s. Welsh super producer Sully, who’s work includes ‘Elevate Your Mind’, ‘Your Turn’ & ‘Mistakes Of The Past’ has recently joined forces with south west Wales’ un-sung local hero Matt Thomas to form an un stoppable partnership of extreme talent.

SHOCK:FORCE was formed in the summer of 2008 and the boys are already causing serious waves throughout the club scene with their much anticipated first release ‘Digital Minds’ gaining support from some of the industry’s top DJ’s.

Recently the boys have been hard at it in the studio remixing two of the biggest trance tracks from earlier years, Expander by Marc dawn & Jetlag by DJ Kim, giving them a diverse twist whilst still keeping the uplifting, euphoric sound we know and love. With a completely mind blowing approach to their explosive sets and productions, it’s no wonder that SHOCK:FORCE will be the name on everybody’s lips in 2009.

SULLY

Coming from the city of Swansea, Sully has had many musical influences that have shaped his love for Trance / Hard trance. After going on a night out in the Escape club (Swansea) in 2001 he began to appreciate music on another level. Sully quickly got the taste for the harder side of trance and from that moment forward he started searching for hard trance records that he had heard the night before.

As time went on, Sully turned his hand to the production side of dance music. He quickly learned how to use production software such as Cubase SX, Reason 2.5, Sound Forge, and Recycle. Sully now has a studio in Swansea and Cardiff, where he produces a range of Hard Trance, Trance and Hardstyle.

MATT THOMAS

Matt always had a huge love for trance and started his DJ career back in 1999 after he and a few of his friends got the DJ bug. Matt has gone from strength to strength playing his style of uplifting, euphoric, hard trance at free parties in his early years as a DJ right through to club appearances with some of south and west Wales' biggest promotions.

Matt uses his tight technical ability and showmanship and, brings his own unique flavour to any club dance floor to get it rocking! Matt's influences over the years have been Armin Van Burren, Cosmic Gate, Dave Joy, Dark By Design, Flutlicht and Tiesto. Influential producers for him have been the likes of Jay Walker, S.H.O.K.K, Flutlicht, Scot Project & Sully among others.
Between them, the boys have played alongside some of the scene’s biggest stars including - Guyver, Cally & Juice, D10 , Mark E.G, Kutski, Brain M And McBunn, Steve Hill, Rob Davies, Phil York, Organ Donors, Vandall, Jon The Baptist & Chuck-E, BK, Amber D, Tidy Boys, Phil Reynolds, Lab 4, Dark By Design, Andy Whitby, Lisa Lashes, Frisky, Tatanka, and Technoboy plus many more.
