Miss Naught-E, real name Shirlene Hodgins is 27yrs old, from Lincoln, UK, and has been djing for just over 7 years now. Only this year (2008) has she been really concentrating on gigging around the UK. And with numerous gigs under her belt, and excellent feedback from everywhere shes played, can only mean that 2009 will get bigger and better for her. Considering she only started pushing for gigs in January this year by herself over the internet , she has come a long way from her ''Bedroom Dj days'', and has played for nights such as PAWS, FOREVER HARDCORE, TOTAL ECLIPSE, PRIDE and many more.

She recently entered a national Dj competition (KING OF THE DECKS 2008) and was crowned LINCOLN champion, winning a B2B set with the legend Nick Rafferty in Nov this year!!! She went on to the Regionals held in Leicester and her story was covered in the local press.

Her versatility and crowd pleasing sets ranging from Funky/Electro/Filthy/Fidget/Jackin/progressive/House/Commercial/Dance/Trance/Hard Dance/HardHouse/Hardcore (depending on where booked)are sets that people walk away from the night remembering, talking about and loving!!

Starting back in her early teens, she was a great lover of the Hardcore Scene (Dreamscape, Pleasuredome, Hyperbolic, and much more) and only dreamed what it would be like to actually mix the music she loves. Following on from hardcore, she fell in love with Trance/House/Hard House in the late 90's and started clubbing all over the Uk every weekend, seeing many djs perform. she decided that enough was enough and bought a set of turntables........

Not even realising how they plugged in and played...over the months, she taught herself the basics and started collecting vinyl....over the years she has progressed all by herself!

Covering most genres of music in the dance scene this dj is one to watch in the future as she can cater for all audiences and really knows how to get a dancefloor rocking from the start to the end of her sets!! her mixing is itchingly good and the tune selection can only be described as crowd pleasers no matter what genre of music she is booked to play for!!!

2009 is going to be a good year for this up and coming dj as she is trying to branch out to producing as that is a real passion of hers......
