My name's Laura, I used to be a student at the University of Surrey in Guildford, I just graduated and now live with my lovely boyfriend and two of our friends in Epsom. I don't really do anything that interesting, just an office temp at the moment but hopefully bigger and better things are on the horizon! I am usually in bed, at the pub, or at work, although I can sometimes be found enjoying the sun in the garden with Tug, my housemate's pet dog, and a nice cold beer!

Used to be a drum and bass girl, but thanks to my mates I am now much more into hard house and go clubbing when my severely limited funds will allow it.... Also, Team Stella have got me well into the hardcore lately! Anyway, think that's about it!! And my boyfriend is well fit.

Oh, and in case you're wondering.... Gherkin is the nickname my (lovely, not) friends gave me after going to see Colchester United play - their goalie is called Gherkin, my surname sounds a bit like Gherkin.... well, that's the twisted logic behind that one. Ever since, I have endured chants of "should have stayed in a burger" and other such masterful lyrics. I decided that instead of fighting it, I would just join in - hence the name change. According to my boyfriend, it is "endearing" and "cute" that my nickname is also something that can be found in a burger. I'm not quite sure I agree, but never mind. If you can't beat them, join them.....
