Orpheus aka Glen Lockerby, is a Live Hard Dance/Trance / Nu Nrg Solo Act.

He first broke onto the scene as a live pa back in 1998 with four others, called Aural resonance. They rapidly developed a name for themselves and began playing for legendary UK parties but later decided to go their separate ways.
In 2001 he began working on a new live project, the dynamic hard trance duo ORPHEUS 2. They played for 3 years at some of the UK’s finest underground parties, working alongside top names such as Lab 4, K90, NUW IDOL, BK, Tinrib, Darren Pierce, Nick Sentience, Simon Eve, Lisa Lashes and many more. They gained residences for several large promotions in London and Bristol.
In March 2003 they released their debut single ‘FLATLINER’ on Recover Records. Unfortunately this union was not to be and they split roughly a year after their debut release. After much soul-searching and many hours of hard work, Glen is back! With a slight name change and a revised solo live set…Orpheus is ready to be unleashed on clubland once again.
Orpheus takes pride in the fact that he actually plays his set ‘Live’ and works very hard on achieving the best possible performance he can for maximum audience enjoyment. He describes his style as Hard Trance, Nu NRG with elements of Hard House. Glen is currently in talks about a live CD album release, and plans also to release his own tunes on vinyl, both later in the year.
