Hi I am Dave, also known as Dave Diehard, The Rave God, Rave Man or a long time ago in a far off galaxy Dave from Blaze Magazine. I been in and out of the rave scene since 1990. 1st and foremost as a raver but also in various other disquises. I used to help run the original Rave Magazine called Blaze. I joined Sean the founder of the mag in 91 and stayed with him until the middle of 92 , when I left to manage Guru Josh of "Infinity " fame. I was with The Guru and the Dr Devious posse until 93 when I was asked to take on and run "The Diehard Club in Leicester". The club closed in June 98 after a police raid and me being packed off to jail for a short while. While running Diehard I used to work for Helter Skelter as the Stage Manager at all of there big events. After the millinium party H.S. stoped doing big parties and I started to promote my own nights 1st in Skegness at the Street Venue and then at the Country Club in Northampton.
In 2000 my friend Billy Bunter asked me to help him set up Tasty and I worked with him for a couple of years and am very proud of what Tasty has become today.
Just recently I have been asked by Grant Epidemik and Richard Raindance to take on the responsibilty of Stage Manager at thier events. And Im fooking lovin it. It's great being at these events and being part of these 2 supurb organisations. I really have fun helping make these great nights run a little smoother for you the Raver, after all without you people there would be no PARTIES !!!!!!!!!.
Well 17 years on I go out every other weekend to various events and I still love the scene as much as I did back in the early days.
So to all of the wonderful ravers I have met over the last 17 years , Thanks for the Party, and remember keep the faith .
