Shockinb dj/mc... been involved in the underground hardcore jungle scene, since the early 90's. Started his professional career as rapper, was a member of a jazz fusion band called The “fuzz junkies”.
Self taught to mix and chat/ rap etc as a follow on from school and playground antics... Has also shared skills and tips with many youngsters during many workshops he tutored at his local youth center... Shockin later went on to make waves on the pirate radio scene as “Mc Shocking”, started on a local station called Function fm and then proceeding to the “Weekend rush” and worked alongside the likes of the brainkillers, (apache and unknown) Ital, funkyflirt, redant, remarc, shabba-D, sparks... But it wasnt untill his move, the turn of the year 95/96 when he got on to the LEGENDARY “koolfm”…

Since joining the highly respectable ranks of the KOOLFM hitsquad has performed in numerous events such as: KoolSKOOL, Jungle Fever, Designer label Ball, Telephathy, Jungle Splash, One Nation, Innovation, Heat, Desire, Raindance, Best of British, Pure science, Champion Sounds,Total Hypnosis, Future sounds, Positive Progression and many others. Has been respresenting abroad since 95 in countries such as Germany, Switerland, France, Poland, Belgrade, Greece, and Canada. Orinated the SAS theme into the scene in 94 with shabbaD and then incorpated it again it 96 with skibbadee and shabba thus creating the SASAS KILLER! Currently and the best part of 7 years has hosted a regular friday evening show on koolfm 9-11pm as Dj shockin'b AKA Mc Shockin'b the original one man band. Numerous musical Ideas in the pipeline wacth this space for more infomation...
