Hi I'm Sandy! Living in Bournemouth as I'm at the Uni. Nearly finished as I'm in the final year! Yay!!! I'm originally from good old Londinium though.
Right so about me, erm... I do a bit of photography and music journalism, mainly band photography though. Shot people like Kings of Leon, Test Icicles, Electric Six, Rancid, Soulwax, Mad Caddies, Dillinger Escape Plan, Anti - Flag, Pennywise and most recently Alice Cooper!!!!! Also did a lot of gig reviewing and interviews with the bands if the chance arise.
Oh yes, I'm a DJ too, yes another one haha! Played at The Old Fire Station, Bar Heat, Dylans' Bar, Camel Bar, The Gander and am now doing a slot every Thursday at Dusk Til Dawn. I play quite eccentric mixes, so if you like everything from 808 state to MIA, to Cassius, to Kasabian, to The Music, to Garbage, to Cypress Hill, to De La Soul, to The Cure, to LCD Soundystem, Chemicals to Basement Jaxx then be sure to come and check me out!!!
I also do events organising and just finished a three day battle of the bands event at Dylans' Bar. Its been my hatrick of these events and everyone seemed to luv it! Yay!! Also did a Punk All Dayer not too long ago which I'm really proud of. It featured the creme de la creme of the scene with Babar Luck of King Prawn, Fire Apple Red, Howard's Alias, The Scrub and my mates Defy all Logic (formerly The Runs! - haha!).
OK, I think thats me really in a nut shell, very music orientated, I like to dance like a nutter and party hard I guess! Take it easy! And see you on the dance floor!!!!
