DHF B-DAY BASH @ HIDDEN, VAUXHALL London
Friday 25 Sept 10pm – 6am

DHF was born through a trio of motivations: youthful enthusiasm, the desire to ‘create’ something of our own and the profound love of music. Hard trance was a popular, but still underground, form of music in early 2000. DJs like Mark E.G and Nick Sentience (who headlined our first gig) have since gone to vastly successful, globe trotting careers since we first opened our doors at The Grove in Seaton. So, right from the start, I like to think we had our fingers firmly on the pulse of the zeitgeist.

Several years later, long after I finally felt DHF had run its original course; We are back, its an incredibly exciting idea to think that our concept will once again be revived, showcasing new breed of Trance, Hard trance, Hard style Techno.

The music has gone through great evolution; inspired by more minimal, industrial, electro sound scopes and yet still melodic – with a startling freshness and urgency pulsating through those baselines.

So now we invite you to join us, on this new venture, this time for the B-Day Celebrations, more precisely on 25/09/09.

This line up is set to ROCK YA WILD! Be prepared for an awesome party atmosphere!






Incendiary rave titans, DHF Promotions, are pulling out all the stops to throw the mother of all birthday parties in celebration of a boomtastic maiden year on the London club circuit. Continuing their futurescaping policy of fusing the biggest superstars in hard dance with the scene’s brightest emerging talents and the best residents around, trance prodigy Alex Kidd and the godfather of acid techno Chris Liberator will be headlining alongside Nick the Kid, Log:One & Wragg and the DHF All Stars.

The party begins on Friday 25th of September at Vauxhall’s underground pantheon of pleasure, Hidden – a venue handpicked for its unrivalled atmosphere and world class sound system – with the speakers blasting out those bass lines and breakdowns all night long.

After seeing Cally & Juice, Mark E.G. and Ed Real decimate the dance floor this year, the prospect of seeing how Alex Kidd will top them with his trademark uber energetic style of tech trance, hard style and euphoria is a spectacle not to be missed, while Chris Liberator a guaranteed showstopper with over twenty years experience.

Nick the Kid – fresh from rocking it at Judge Jules’ Judgement Sundays in Ibiza and Riot! @ Matter – is an award-winning DJ and producer whose showmanship and set-building skills has made him one of the UK most in-demand artists (with DHF his only London residency). Log:One & Wragg are DHF’s tips for the top in 2009, with an impressive production CV that sees them poised to break through into the scene big time – these boys are dangerously good at what they do.

Hi my name is Luca aka Candyman 01.

My passion for Electronic Music started 11 years ago, started to listen to Depeche Mode and ambient music including artists like Steve Roach, Future Sound Of London, Orb, Orbital and slowly after that I started to get into Juno Reactor, Prodigy and at the age of 19 I was blown away by the Hard Trance, Hardcore (Scot Brown, Energy, Kevin Energy and Sharkey), Techno (Chris Liberator, Dave The D.R.U.M.M.E.R., Carl Cox, Dave Clarke) and the Psy scene (Astrix).

In GB I loved the sounds of Mark EG, M-Zone, Cally & Juice, Nick The Kid, Louk Chris Liberator and still today they are my old time heroes. My DJ adventure started 3 years ago and I have been influenced and taught by the likes of the mighty John Taylor (Punx Soundcheck).

Last year 2008 (DHF’s Re-launch party) I played out for the first time at the legendary Mass Club in Brixton London, together with Mark EG, Chris Liberator and this year’s Hard Dance Awards winner of the Regional Hero price, Nick The Kid, who is proudly one of our residents at DHF.

Today I am the promoter and resident DJ for DHF (Dirty Harder Faster), working together with my friends who are my Crew/DJs.

Neon-wunderkind, Alex Kidd from Kiddfectious headlines – and is guaranteed to bring the rukus, with a record bag full of boomtasmic build-ups and pimp slapping beats. While free party Don, Chris Liberator, keeps it fresh with a mix of funky acid techno.
DHF resident and Hard Dance Award Winner, Nick the Kid, is being flown in from Ibiza to continue his only London residency – and for those who haven’t seen Nick play, this Kid is a serious prodigy. Up-and-coming producers Log:One & Wragg, surfing the buzz created by their anthemic track Creatures, continue the South West connection, and look poised to hit the big time in 2010. Support comes from the head-mashing DHF residents, Akira, Curious George and Candyman01 plus others.
All this goodness is being rapped up in the incredible box of Vauxhall’s Hidden nightclub, with and exclusive lazer-light show and big bag of whoop ass. This party is going to go off like gang of chavs on the Jeremy Kyle Show…so get those tickets before they sell out.
