My name is Swen and no I'm not from Sweden or Germany! Born and grew up in Holland so that's where I started clubbing 15 years ago (seems like ages!). Often went just over the border to Antwerp in Belgium, fantastic underground warehouse raves at that time.

Came to Reading 7 years ago for a traineeship at the Renaissance Hotel. Think we went to Brannigans (no jeans allowed then!), RG1 or Ponana most of the time. Left Reading and lived in Germany and the US for a few years and returned to Reading just over 4 years ago. My weekends out have been interupted for a while (living with your girlfriend and bringing a large chunk of your money to a club don't go hand in hand) but back in full force for some time now.

Mango is home at the moment, met a lot of fantastic people there and the music and atmosphere are top level. Long may it continue, see you all there some time!
