I'm pretty much a newbie to the dance scene - got in via the rather unexpected combination of Lamb (now also a big fan of Hoof & Lou Rhodes) and Astrix (can you imagie more disparate styles) and since then have just gone nuts - I really like Hardcore, Techno, Goa-, Hard- and Psytrance, I'm just getting into Psybience & Dubstep, and enjoy a bit of Gabba - but as far as I'm concerned if the beat gets into the blood on the night, I'm sold - I've even been known to enjoy eurotrance (admittedly while already very mangled). If you see me out and I'm glowsticking, you'll know I'm enjoying myself - especially when I go completely bonkers ;-D
Outside the Dance Scene, I just love music - pretty much anything and everything from Pink Floyd to Vivaldi - I'm just not much into current mainstream stuff (I have a general aversion to saccharine) but most alternative music is exactly where my heart lies.
I'm a regular at Bedford's High Voltage nights, and get down to Bristol whenever I can for Tribe Of Frog and Twisted Toadstool. I occasionally make it down to London or Brighton as well. I don't DJ - but I reckon it's only a matter of time before I do.
