D.O.A True Meaning

Some people believe the D.O.A name projects an arrogant nature towards all other dance troupes and other professions in the music business, perhaps even beyond that. Maintaining this belief would be pure ignorance and exactly what they play upon to show others just how blind people have become. D.O.A is not just a dance crew, that’s the artistic front they maintain to lure people to the depths.

So you can see them as one of two things, the “Disciples Of Annihilation”, an arrogant dance team with the persona of violence.

Or the definitions the Disciples use…

Disciple:
· One who embraces and assists in spreading the teachings of another.
· An active adherent, as of a movement or philosophy.

Of:
· Derived or coming from; originating at or from.
· Caused by, resulting from.
· Composed or made from.
· Associated with or adhering to.

Annihilation:
· The act or an instance of annihilating
· The state of being annihilated; extinction; destruction
Physics.
· Also called pair annihilation. the process in which a particle and antiparticle unite, annihilate each other, and produce one or more photons
· The conversion of rest mass into energy in the form of electromagnetic radiation.

Summary:

Disciples Of Annihilation derived from extinction to embrace and assist in spreading the teachings of intoxicating energy that unites others together.
