This Way Up is a PR and DJ Management company founded by Emily Stephens (aka Missminx)

I have worked within events and promotion for the last 10 years but began running parties in London a few years ago now, starting with 'Mondaze' in Covent Garden. Id like to think I bring something to the table in the way of musical talent and inspiration of all generations amoungst the infamous undergound min tech house scene. After venturing through a degree in Music Business I began to take myself more seriously in the underworld of techno, house and breaks and what I can present to the ever changing music industry.. I have more recently co-run parties such as Summitup at Island, Rhythmatic at Egg & Talk is Cheap at DEX. This Way Up has also been a main partner in the running of AMNESIA in London beginning May 08, soon to be taken to Portugal. I have been involved with SOS (Sex on Wax) on their tours to Miami and Ibiza and am currently organising Betoko's world tour following his album launch 'Identity Crisis' at Egg on the 12th April ending up at the infamous Amnesia club in Ibiza in August 08.

I am currently working on a new collaboration of 2 different music forces coming together at DEX on the 20th July with Living City, Lewis Ryder & Javier Espanol (Hindsight) + guests. I think this will bring some proper heads out of the woodwork and some fresh soles for the learning.
