Rotation

When playing out we play a variety of house (tech, acid, electro), techno (minimal/detroit) and electro, new wave/nu-disco and other misc electronic beats aimed at the dancefloor.

On the radio show we tend to mix it up a bit more and play music for the head and the feet, covering electronica, techno, some downbeat and a bit of IDM, but always keeping it mixed up and varied!

Background

Since launching in August 2006 Rotation has been joined by resdent Mat Carter, one of the UK’s leading underground DJs. Mat has built his career DJing alongside the likes of Laurent Garnier, Carl Cox, Andrew Weatherall and Derrick May and can regularly be found playing at Fabric and other leading clubs across Europe.

Joining Mat upstairs with a combination of live performances and DJ sets is Derailleur. With a series of highly regarded 12"s to his name, including remix work for electronic pioneers The Black Dog, Derailleur is a name to watch out for in 2007 and definitely one of Norfolk's most exciting producers!

Also making up Rotation is Future Radio’s Tom Buckham and Jimmy Madrid (Uncollected).
