What an awesome party!
This was such a great party! It was very busy as it went about 3000 people over capacity (14000 all together). The tent got really rammed and you could barely move but in true Netherlands style everybody was really good tempered. The Bar was great, expensive but you never waited more than 5 minutes to get served (which was excellent considdering!).
Shaun Tyas played a banging set as always and got the crowd jumping and really up got for it. I managed to get to the front for Markus Schulz who played a 'safe' set in my opinion, consistent but no real big crowd pleasing tunes I think he was leaving all the big tunes for the main man Armin, who came on next. The front of the tent near the stage was crazy and you had no room to move but still everybody in good spirits. It wasn't long before I had to bale out as it was too crushed but enjoyed Armins set from the back of the tent. When a big tune landed for example Communication, the entire tent went mad - now there was a sight. It was great fun made even sweeter being free entry. The only real complaint is that there was two small food stands for this big crowd, it took over half an hour to get something and then they eventually ran out of food. This not only annoying for us but it a missed profit making opportunity. Other than that, all was good - thanks Armin!

Was indeed a good party! Was worth the travel from France, and i've also seen a coach from Czech Republik, and a car from Hungaria ^^ I saw some people that were in London for the electronic sessions last april (tendergalaxy maybe?), some dutch people that i met every time i go to the Intuition parties, and even a german guy that i met last year in berlin for the loveparade!

The venue was great, our car was parked just in front of the restaurant, so that we can drink a lot of original fuel (NRJ + Vdka) and reach the the front of the tent in five minutes. We went in just for the beginning of the event, Aly (cause Fila wasn't here) blew me and my friends totally away. I didn't stop jumping and shouting for the first two hours, Sean Tyas did a wonderful job too, i wanted some energetic stuff, Sean gave it to me! I was just (and i'm still) disapointed that Aly & FIla & Tyas started the event, they should have spin way later! Menno's one was good, went nuts when he drop the Intro mix of Fall to pieces! Marcel Woods was not my cup of tea, appart from his 2 tracks. Add the fact that he cut Menno's last track, was the time for us to reload some vdka and something good to live a Markus' set... OMFG, how boring was Markus' hour! I really lmao when i realized he was playing somme sloooooooow records just after Woods! I know he's very popular in Holland and he is a friend of armin, but he really should have play in first... Armin's first hour was boring, apart from the Cosmic Gate of Fly Away. 2nd one was better, i fucking enjoyed the first beats of Exactly, but i wasn't very impressed!

Aly & Fila = Tyas : Fucking brilliant sets
Menno : great one, and a real showman (Is he the next Tiesto?)
Armin : Ok set, not great
Markus : Shit :/
Woods : was out of the tent trying to chill, but we could hear the bass in Amsterdam for sure... Not my cup of tea

Weather was great / i fell in love with the Yellow and Orange FLUO stars painted in the roof of the tent, want the same in my flat / Too much waiting for drinks / Lights were great but i missed some lazers / Sound system rocked the place, not hurting my ears...

I didn't go to the after parties due to some exams, i had to come back to france, to learn my lessons in the car, then sleep for 3 hours and rush for exams ^^ I tried to explain that to a dutchman who was drinking a lot of beers and he was like : "WTF? U serious?"

I was
Who laughed: zag

Haha, i just realized that during menno's set, i was just behind you, on your left... I remember that someone was recording just in front of me... seems that it was you, there was a huge band of English people on my left

Anyway thanks for the vids, i'm watching them, curious about how the after party was

Yeah you're right, it seems that Super 8 is better at producing that DJing, 2 times he fucked up the mix and Tab watched him a bit curiously... But you know, i was at Trance Energy when Oakenfold tried to beatmatch his records... What a big joke! ^^

I had a blast here, Jonas'set was average, Bolier's was nice, the Finnish did a fucking awesome job, and i really went mad with Re:locate... Had the chance to chat a little bit with Re:locate and Jonas (cause i had a lot of records they have to sign), those guys are really great, we spent morge than 5 minutes with Jonas arguing on what was the best beer, French or Belgian I was for the belgian ones, him for teh French ^^

Next stop in London will be in September for The Thrillseekers at the Gallery, i plan to die on the floor this day, will come with 10+ of french tranceaddicts...

I really like London's trance parties, PARIS is the shit :)

And just to let you know, i had to do something on "The potuguese discoveries of the XV and XVIth centuries : birth, climax, death"

Needless to say i had a big laugh while seeing the subject of the exam, i had still my brain in den bosch... What a shame that they didn't ask me something about Dutch discoveries...

I would have writen 20+ pages on trance music ^^

Easily the best night of this year for me so far. Enjoyed every single minute of the whole event and the afterparty. It all seemed to go far too quickly though. :-( I'm struggling to concentrate at work this morning with thinking about the event. At least all 7 hours of it were streamed live on the internet, so we can listen again at pleasure.

most definitely the best night of the year so far-nothing to come even close so far. Enjoyed all the sets at the main event. Tyas was best for me, then Menno then Armin. Armin wasnt playing his best at all-he was still good however. Chilled out for Marcel Woods and Schulz in preparation for the main man and had a right laugh just messing about with everyone that was there which was all good. Reckon my tune of the night was Domino-although Tears of Hope, fly away, communication and Diary of Jane were awesome. Cant wait to listen to the whole thing again 8)
