What is Aaron James?


Aaron James is a rising star in the world of Hard Dance, aged only 19 he has already played the main room at Judgement Sundays in Ibiza and has made a massive impact on the London club scene with a residency at Glow Ball. He is a regular favourite at Frantic events and has also played at the city’s no 1 after party Twist on a number of occasions, and is now set to make his mark on other events throughout the UK.

Aaron first broke out on to the club scene in 2007 and became a familiar face at the more underground events around Brixton, whilst he has since burst out of the “Brixton bubble” he hasn’t forgotten his roots and that distinctive driving bass line can often be heard in his sets.

Full of ambition and determination, Aaron is in a different league to many of the nu-breed dj’s on the scene due to his unique technical skills whether it be it 3 or 4 deck mixing, ‘double dropping’ tunes allowing both bass lines to ride over one another, or just simply finding new ways of manipulating the music with the added special effects – Aaron never ceases to disappoint.

As one of the few DJs breaking into the scene who can mix and loves to mix with Vinyl as well as CDs, Aaron will be the youngest DJ to have ever played at the famous Hard House Academy later this year in the exclusive VIP Vinyl lounge in October this year.
