Can any1 clear the boxing day situation for me?

Is it definatly going to be held at nottingham or is there going to be a change of plan? Last time i booked tickets and hotel for magna it all changed, i then changed hotel next to victoria works and it happened again. Would be nice for some half decent promotion for this.
