Creamfields 2008 (Saturday) @ Daresbury Estate in Runcorn (UK)
Sat 23 Aug
John Digweed has become the people’s choice while maintaining his longstanding presence in underground dance culture. His popularity as both a dj and a person seems to have no limits, but his efforts transcend dj'ing alone, he is as much a producer and promoter and we can’t wait to have him at this years Creamfields 2008.
Here is some amazing footage of Digweed in action!

The scene has changed over the years, in what ways do you see the differences? I think people have better sound systems and the overall set ups of clubs are much better, promoters and club owners know that you have to have events of a high standard as people want the best now.
Some people get a buzz out of the audience dancing or clapping along to their set, what gives you your buzz when you perform?I don’t really dance and I don’t really show a lot of emotion when I play but inside I am really enjoying myself seeing everybody having a good time to what I am doing.

Do you find there is a difference when performing infront of a northern crowd?A northern crowd have always been really up for it, so it`s always great to play in front of them
Whats the best thing about festivals?Getting a chance to check out many different style of music through out the day and night
Whats the worst thing about festivals? The weather can dampen spirits but not stop people having a good time
If you could become a festival promoter for the day, which artists either past or present would be in your dream-line-up?Pink floyd , led zeplin and the beatles should fill the biggest venue with bill hicks on in between
